No. Keja Sawa is free for Renters. We never ask you for money.

No. No fee is allowed before a viewing. Don't pay anything before you've seen the home. If someone asks you for a fee before a viewing, tell us: tap Report it on the home's page. We check every report, and we never tell the Lister who reported them.

It is the total you pay on day one: the first month's rent, the deposit, the agent fee and any one-off charges. Monthly charges, such as garbage, are shown on their own.

Ask for a viewing from the home's page. The Lister has 24 hours to answer. When they accept, we send you the exact location and their number. Until then, your number stays private.

You pay the Landlord, Caretaker or Agent directly. Keja Sawa never holds deposits or rent. Before you pay, check the name on the payment account.

No. Visited means someone from Keja Sawa saw the vacant home on the date shown. We don't check who legally owns the Property. How we check homes

A home's page shows its neighbourhood only. You get the exact location once the Lister accepts your viewing.

We take a Listing down when nobody has confirmed it is vacant for 14 days, when all its homes are taken, or when we've confirmed its Lister asked for a fee before a viewing. If you find a home already taken, tap Tell us on its page and we'll ask the Lister.

No. Someone from Keja Sawa visits first, sees the vacant homes and creates the Listing. Ask us to visit

No. Keja Sawa doesn't charge Landlords, Caretakers or Agents for now.

Every week we ask on WhatsApp if your homes are still vacant. Answer with a number. If nobody confirms for 14 days, we take the Listing down.

Yes, property managers too, once we have checked their registration. If the Landlord or Caretaker offers the same homes, the Listing passes to them.
