What happens next
- We reply on WhatsApp and agree a time to visit.
- We see the vacant homes, take photos and write down every cost: rent, deposit, agent fee and any other charges.
- We create your Listing and send it to you on WhatsApp. Nothing goes live until you reply 1.
- Every week we ask if your homes are still vacant. You answer with a number. If nobody confirms for 14 days, we take the Listing down.
- When a Renter asks to see a home, we send you the request on WhatsApp. You reply to accept or decline.
The rules
- Listing is free. Keja Sawa doesn't charge Landlords, Caretakers or Agents for now.
- You can't charge a Renter any fee before a viewing.
- Renters pay you directly. Keja Sawa never holds deposits or rent.
- Every cost is shown, so Renters know the full Move-in Cost before they travel.
- Agents and property managers can list only after we have checked their registration. Each home type has one Listing, from the person closest to the Property: the Landlord, then the Caretaker, then an Agent. If someone closer offers the same homes, the Listing passes to them.
